Our fantastic Hebridean Adventure tour combines three magical Scottish Isles – Skye, Lewis and Harris. Highlights include time in Portree, a guided tour of Lewis, a visit to Dunvegan Castle and time on Harris taking in the beauty of the unspoilt beaches. This new tour for 2022 is the first Eclipse multi-centre tour of its kind and is sure to be a popular addition to the collection.
HOLIDAY ITINERARY
Day 1: Your holiday starts with a journey over the bridge to Skye where we check-in to the Kings Arms Hotel. This is your base for the next two nights.
Day 2: Full day excursion around Skye, travelling via the stunning Cuillin Hills to Dunvegan Castle followed by a stop in the island’s main town of Portree.
Day 3: Morning ferry across to the Isle of Harris. Enjoy the beautiful scenery on Harris including the unspoilt beaches of the west coast and the more mountainous north, before arriving in Stornoway for a two-night stay. Our group will either stay in the Caladh Inn or Cabarfeidh Hotel.
Day 4: A guide will join you today to ensure no sights are missed. They will provide full interpretation of the island’s attractions, history and wildlife. See the awesome standing stones of Callanish, the ancient site of Carloway Broch and Gearrannan Blackhouse Village.
Day 5: Morning free in Stornoway before an afternoon crossing to Ullapool and an overnight stop in the Highlands.
Day 6: After breakfast we set off on our journey home.

Kings Arms Hotel – Isle of Skye
The Kings Arms Hotel is located just across the Skye Bridge in Kyleakin with an attractive waterfront setting. Now rated 3-star by the Scottish Tourist Board, the hotel has 81 guest bedrooms, a large bar/lounge area and separate restaurant. The hotel has seen some investment in all areas in recent years and a lift serves all floors. However, there are 5 steps from reception to the lift and with the exception of rooms on the second floor, it is also necessary to negotiate a small number of further steps when accessing bedrooms and public areas.
Caladh Inn & Cabarfeidh Hotel – Stornoway
One of these sister hotels will provide your base in Stornoway. Both hotels are pleasant, modern hotels known for warm Hebridean hospitality.
