It’s no mean feat listing all the things there are to do in Llandudno – Wales’ largest seaside resort. Just where do we begin? Fancy stretching your legs on the longest pier in Wales? A ride on Britain’s only cable hauled tramway? How about a picnic on an award-winning beach? Llandudno truly has something for everyone.

Excursions

Roman Chester
Enjoy a full day in one of the best preserved walled cities in the UK. The city walls provide a two mile long birds-eye view of this beautiful medieval city, which is almost two thousand years old. Chester boasts a number of historical architectural structures, including Chester Castle, the cathedral and “The Rows”; unique two tiered black and white buildings housing many shops in the city centre.

Llanberis, Caernarfon & Conwy

Our day starts with a visit to Llanberis with its stunning lakeside location at the foot of Snowdon. Attractions include the lakeside Padarn Country Park, National Slate Museum and there are many wonderful craft shops. Later in the day we spend time in Caernarfon, home of the 13th century castle. Other places of interest include the redeveloped waterfront with art gallery and the town’s many quaint narrow streets. We round off our day with a stop in Conwy with its mighty castle and medieval town walls
