The Cotswolds are scattered with small pretty towns and villages providing pleasant places to while away the time. This full day to the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds country, travels via the villages of Broadway, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and the famous Bourton-on-the-Water.
Blenheim Palace
Enjoy a visit to Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill is a masterpiece of English Baroque architecture and the stunning State Rooms are brimming with priceless works of art and magnificent tapestries. The Palace is still inhabited today by the Duke of Marlborough and is surrounded by sweeping lawns, ‘Capability’ Brown formal gardens and a magnificent lake, Blenheim Palace offers a memorable day out!
Cheltenham
You will find plenty of things to do in Cheltenham - paint your own pottery, take to the water at the boating lake in Pittville Park or visit the 1930s style outdoor lido. Relax with a gentle stroll in the beautiful parks and gardens, try the fabulous shopping or just sit and enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafés and restaurants and watch the world go by.
