Bowness & Windermere
Spend the day exploring Bowness and Windermere, two beautiful towns lying on the banks of Lake Windermere. Take a wander around the many visitor attractions and shops or go for a cruise along the largest natural lake in the UK.

Whitehaven & Cockermouth
With so many beauty spots, picturesque places and Georgian architecture there’s no wonder tourists come back to Whitehaven year after year. Attractions include the historic harbour and Rum Story Museum. Later in the afternoon we spend time in Cockermouth, a thriving town with medieval and Georgian streets beneath the castle walls.

Keswick & Grasmere
Begin the day with a trip to the pretty market town of Keswick offering a wide range of shops, restaurants and museums. Later you can enjoy time in Grasmere, a charming village known for being the home of the famous poet William Wordsworth who described this beauty spot as “the loveliest spot that man hath ever found”.

Cumbria Grand Hotel - Grange-over-Sands

New for 2020 the Summergrove Halls is aptly named to reflect the Georgian Mansion House which formerly stood on the grounds and is nestled amongst the beautiful gardens on the edge of the historic town of Whitehaven. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard of accommodation, the Grove Restaurant has a warm friendly atmosphere and serves delicious food each evening and the Terrace bar is a relaxed space at the very heart of the halls perfect for a leisurely drink at the end of the day. There is no lift at this hotel but some ground floor rooms are available.

Door to Door Pick Up

Our free Door to Door service is available to customers within 15 miles of Dunfermline / Edinburgh / Bathgate / Glasgow / Paisley / East Kilbride / Hamilton.

For customers living further afield, Door to Door may be available for a supplement.

Please note: You may travel with other customers in the people carrier, taxi or minibus taking you to your holiday coach. Not all members of your party may be in the same car if getting picked up at different addresses.
