For those of you who prefer to go straight to Torquay without an overnight stop, we have a great seven and eight day holidays to the Coppice Hotel a big favourite of Eclipse customers in 2019. A series of great excursions now include Exmouth & Sidmouth on the eight day holiday.

Excursions

Totnes
A half day to this small market town on the banks of the River Dart. Totnes is known for its large number of independent shops and the unusual Elizabethan market which runs on a Tuesday.


Paignton & Brixham
Start the day with a visit to Paignton, one of the jewels in the English Riviera’s crown. Attractions include gorgeous sandy beaches, a popular pier and award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes. Later we spend time in the quaint old fishing port of Brixham. Attractions include beautiful beaches, the heritage museum, its lighthouse and magnificent limestone cliffs.

Dartmoor & Plymouth
We spend the morning in Dartmoor National Park taking in the breathtaking landscape and stopping off in some of the ancient villages such as Moretonhampstead and Princetown, where you can explore some of the folklore, myths and legends of the area. We then move on to Plymouth, home to the largest operational naval base in Western Europe. 

Exmouth & Sidmouth
A classic seaside day out taking in two of Devon’s finest resorts. We start with a visit to Exmouth, gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast featuring two miles of sandy beach. Later in the day we take in Sidmouth, a lovely town nestling beneath majestic red cliffs and the green hills of the glorious Sid Valley (8 day holidays only).

Coppice Hotel - Torquay

An elegant Victorian Mansion House ideally situated between Torquay Harbour and Babbacombe Beach. Facilities include elegant dining in the Crystal Restaurant which overlooks the heated indoor pool, secluded gardens & sun terraces and an outdoor swimming pool. There is also regular entertainment with live cabaret acts. Please note there is no lift, however ground floor rooms are available.

Door to Door Pick Up

Our free Door to Door service is available to customers within 15 miles of Dunfermline / Edinburgh / Bathgate / Glasgow / Paisley / East Kilbride / Hamilton.

For customers living further afield, Door to Door may be available for a supplement.

Please note: You may travel with other customers in the people carrier, taxi or minibus taking you to your holiday coach. Not all members of your party may be in the same car if getting picked up at different addresses.
