Port Sunlight Museum & Village Tour
Port Sunlight, the village founded by ‘Soap King’ William Hesketh Lever in 1888 was built to house Lever’s ‘Sunlight Soap’ factory workers, but today is home to a fascinating museum, beautiful architecture and world-class art gallery. A visit to the museum is followed by a guided tour with a qualified guide on board the coach. This is definitely the best way to spot the highlights and landmarks and get a real insight into village life, both past and present.
Chester
Enjoy a full ay in one of the best-preserved walled cities in the UK. The walls provide a two mile long birds-eye view of this beautiful medieval city, which is almost two thousand years old. Chester noasts a nuber of historical architectural structures, including Chester Castle, the cathedral and The Rows; unique two-tiered black and white buildings housing many shops, bars and restaurants.
